These 2 rooms are let as 1 unit. They have a private bathroom (not en-suite) where you have the keys to it, so no-one else can use it unless you let them.
You may book it as a single occupancy, as 1 room with a king bed sharing or 2 single rooms or a double room plus a single room.
The kingfisher is double room downstairs next to the bathroom and the masked weaver is a lovely little room upstairs next to the outside balcony

This is a large luxury double room with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. a third bed can be added. it has its own entrance with a trellidor security gate. The hoopoe room is dog friendly as it has a separate secure garden outside with sole access from the room.

There is a lovely area outside under the trees where you can Braai or just read a book and relax.
We have a lovely clear swimming pool with secure pool fence just outside the cottage and a jungle gym for the kids to play on.
You also have full access to the entertainment areas in the lodge.

This is a lovely cottage on our own premises, right next door to the lodge. It is absolutely ideal for the family unit who want privacy.It consists of:
- A large double bedroom with a queen bed
- An en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower
- A large fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need to cook with.
The open plan area consists of:
- 2 huge gum pole bunk beds for the children
- A dining area
- A lounge with full TV coverage of mnet, Tv1,2,3, Etv and piped Dstv satellite and DVD player
- It is fully secure with trellidoor gates and panic alarm as well as electrified fence and electronic gates around the premises
The cottage has it's own 1000 sq metre garden with garden furniture for you to relax on while you braai your food and your kids play hide and seek in the garden.
In addition you can view, from the lounge window, the 4:30pm feeding frenzy when we have literally hundreds of birds feeding on our bird trays and in winter, in the morning, you can view the louries and barbets, etc, fighting for the fruit that we put out.
Even though it is not on the Hoopoe Haven grounds you have full access to the lodge (if available) to use the lovely clear swimming pool and lodge facilities.

A small one bedroomed self-catering cottage at the back of the lodge
It has a full open plan kitchen and lounge and a bathroom with shower only.
It fully secure with panic button linked to ADT and electric fence and automatic gates.
Access to it is via a servitude thru the lodge.
It is fully serviced by the lodge staff and we also provide complimentary cereals and tea and coffee.
TV unfortunately only has SABC 1,2,3 and Etv but you can view satellite eat the lodge
It has a really great view and garden area
It sleeps 2 single beds or 1 queen size bed
